Vivian Inez Harrison Obituary (1940 - 2013)

Vivian Inez Harrison, 73, of Sawyer, passed away on Sunday, June 23, 2013 at her home in Sawyer of natural causes. Funeral services will be held at 1:00pm, Friday, June 28, at Hoven Funeral Home, Inc. in Buchanan, with visitation from 5-8pm, Thursday, June 27, also in the funeral home. Burial will take place in Ruggles Cemetery. Vivian was born on January 4, 1940 in Borden Springs, Alabama to John & Dorothy (Porter) Oldham. She lived in this area for about 30 years and was a member of the Bible Baptist Church in New Buffalo. On June 25, 1964 in Baroda, she married John Harrison. Surviving family include her husband, John Harrison; son, Edwin (Margaret) Fritz of New Mexico; daughters, Loretta Clayton of San Antonio, TX, Shelby (Chuck) Fritz of Three Oaks and Diana (Kyle) Krumrie of Sawyer; 11 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren; and brothers, Wallace Oldham of Savannah, TN and Jimmy Lawson of Buchanan. Preceding her in death are her parents and one son, John Harrison.
