Tonya K File, 39, of Dowagiac passed away on Thursday, August 21, 2014 at her home. Tonya was born on April 18, 1975 in Niles, MI to Timothy File and Elaina (Cooper) Grady. She is survived by her parents, Timothy and Elaina; daughters, Brittney Smith and Ices Smith; son, Marcus Smith; sisters, Paula Parker, Selena Ivens, Latanya Ivens, and Karmen Grady; brothers, James File, Jason Grady, John File, and Rick Ivens; grandchildren, Dontev-on Smith, Je-mar Smith, and Zane Perrin.
