Richard C. Clark Sr. Obituary (1929 - 2020)

Richard C. Clark Sr, 91, of Buchanan, passed away peacefully at home on Thursday, August 27, 2020. He was born on June 11, 1929 in Buchanan to the late Richard Verl and Mae (Sebasty) Clark. On January 17, 1954 he married the love of his life, Marie Elizabeth Freehling. Richard is survived by his son, Richard (Alisa) Clark Jr.; daughters, Carol (Stephen) Jackson, Janice (Kevin) Arend, Kathryn Lolmaugh, Julie (James) Belanger; sister, Ruby "Doris" Dougherty; sister-in-law, Mary Freehling; 11 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren. Proceeding him in death are his parents; his wife, Marie; grandson, Richard Clark III; and son-in-law, Kenneth Lolmaugh. Funeral service for Richard will be at 11 AM on Tuesday, September 1, 2020 at Trinity Evangelical Lutheran Church of Glendora, 1733 West Glendora Road Buchanan, MI 49107. Visitation will be the night before from 5-8 pm on Monday, August 31, 2020 at Hoven Funeral Home, Buchanan. Memorial donations may be made to the church in memory of Richard.
