Johnnie Ruth Jackson, 85, of Buchanan, MI, passed away on Sunday, June 24, 2018 at Cass County Medical Care Facility in Cassopolis, MI. She was born November 14, 1932 in Pine Bluff, AR to the late Roscoe and Polly Noldon. She was a United States Army Veteran and member of Buchanan American Legion Post# 51. Johnnie graduated from Western University with her bachelor's degree in nursing. Johnnie is survived by her sons, Mark Jackson of Buchanan, MI, Dino Jackson of Buchanan, MI, Major Gino Jackson United States Marine Corps (Retired) of Rehoboth, MA; brothers, Roscoe Noldon of Roseville, CA, Jack Noldon of Fresno, CA, Gary Noldon of Buchanan, MI; sisters, Betty Allen of Boston, MA, Athrell Noldon of Buchanan, MI, Mary Adams of Niles, MI, Deborah Hendrix of Buchanan, MI; grandchild, Elijah Flint; many nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her parents, Roscoe and Polly; sisters, Donia Noldon and Frances Roberts. Funeral Service for Johnnie will be held at 1:30 pm on Thursday, June 28, 2018 at Hoven Funeral Home, Buchanan. Burial will follow at Oak Ridge Cemetery, Buchanan.
