Jewell White Obituary (1925 - 2018)

Jewell White, 92, of Buchanan, MI, went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, October 23, 2018 at Spectrum Health Butterworth in Grand Rapids, MI. She was born on December 25, 1925 in Commerce, MO to the late Archie and Arletha Murphy. Jewell is survived by her children, Shirley Burgen, Eddie White, Shanelle (Keith) White-Hudson, Eric White; eight grandchildren, twenty two great-grandchildren, six great-great-grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her husband, John Lewis White; parents, Archie and Arletha; son, Johnnie Lee White; daughter, Dorothy Ann White; brother, Garnet Bradley; sisters, Helen Inge, Blanche Jones, Florence Hoskins; and great-grandson, Khristopher Holbrook. Funeral service for Jewell will be held at Noon on Saturday, November 3, 2018 at New Good Hope Baptist Church, Buchanan, MI. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service.
