Hobert "Ed" Edward Roberson Obituary (1940 - 2020)

Hobert "Ed" Edward Roberson, 79, of South Bend, IN, passed away on Saturday, March 7, 2020. He was born March 10, 1940 in Wise, VA to the late James and Barbara Roberson. Ed was a U.S. Army Veteran. He was a bus mechanic and supervisor for Niles Community Schools until he retired in 1988. Ed is survived by children, Annette (Ben) Lagadon, Daniel (Melanie) Roberson, Brenda Roberson, Jennifer (Eddie) Avery; brother, David "Cecil" Roberson; and grandchildren, Stephen and Austin. He is preceded in death by his parents, James and Barbara; and sister, Ruby Reid. Memorial service will be held by the family at a later date. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Coulter's Chapel Church of God. Arrangements have been entrusted to Hoven Funeral Home, Buchanan.
