Hershel Wayne Hosford Obituary (1958

HARTFORD - Hershel Wayne Hosford, 53, of Hartford passed away Thursday, Oct. 11, 2012, at Lakeland Regional Medical Center in St. Joseph. He was born on Oct. 14, 1958, in Chicago. He worked at Cast-Matic Corporation in Stevensville. Hershel loved spending time with his family and friends and going to the beach and to lighthouses. He is survived by his mother, Wilma (Jerry) Fritz; a son, Joshua Hosford of Sodus; a daughter, Lisa Hosford of Sodus; a brother, Richard Hosford of Benton Harbor; a stepbrother, Ed Fritz of Texas; a sister, Nora "Sis" Hosford of Benton Harbor; three stepsisters, Loretta Clayton of Texas and Shelby and Diane Fritz, both of New Troy; and two grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his father, Hershel Hosford. Services will be held at 6 p.m. Friday, Oct. 19, at Bright Star Tabernacle, 5130 Old Pipestone Road, Eau Claire. Pastor Mike Fields is officiating. Memorial donations may be made to the church for a memorial fund to help with expenses.
