Henry C. Layman Obituary (1939 - 2013)

Henry C. Layman, 73, passed away at Riveridge Manor in Niles, Michigan on February 19, 2013. He was born on November 11, 1939 in Tell City, Indiana. Surviving family include his wife Eileen Layman whom he married January 3, 2004; his brother Tony Layman; stepson, Bill (Marcy) Wilgus; 4 grandchildren, Tina (Jeff) Winn, Buddy Wilgus, Tammy (Fred) Floyd and Rhonda (Mark) Shepherd; 12 great-grandchildren and 2 great great-grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his first wife Esther Layman; his parents James and Edna Layman; son, Henry Layman, Jr.; five brothers, John, James, Alfred, Merl and Elbert, and three sisters, Betty, Netty and Sissy. Services will be held at 12:00 pm Monday, February 25, 2013 at New Buffalo Bible Baptist Church with visitation one hour before the service in the church. Burial will take place at Galien Cemetery.
