Harlan Boyd Fugate Obituary (1938 - 2015)

Harlan Boyd Fugate, 77, of Niles, passed away on Friday, September 4, 2015 at Hanson Hospice Center, Stevensville. Harlan was born on March 20, 1938 to the late Bryson and Margaret (Hale) Fugate in Kentucky. On December 17, 1963 he married JoAnn Davis at a ceremony in Kentucky. Harlan was a United States Army veteran. He was an Expert with a rifle (M-14) and bayonet. He is survived by his wife of 51 years, JoAnn; son, Steven Fugate; daughter, Angela (Tim) Piazza; grandchildren, Josiah Piazza and Mikiah Piazza; brothers, Noah Fugate, Clay Miller and Henry Miller and sister, Ruby Argonis. Harlan was preceded in death by his parents, Bryson and Margaret and sisters, Alice, Helen and Lois. Funeral services for Harlan will be held at 1 pm ET on Friday, September 11, 2015 at Bethel Apostolic Tabernacle, Buchanan. Burial will follow at Oak Ridge Cemetery, Buchanan.
