Gale "Ree" Kirby Obituary (1960 - 2014)

Gale "Ree" Kirby, 53, of Benton Harbor, MI passed away on Monday, February 3, 2014. She was born July 25, 1960 in Benton Harbor, MI to Edward (Molly) Kirby and Ruthie (Briggs) Kirby. She worked in housekeeping at Metropolitan Hospital in Grand Rapids, MI. Gale is survived by both parents and grandmother, Rosie MaGee, her two daughters; Alecia Howard, Felicia Howard of Benton Harbor, son; Michael Kirby of Benton Harbor, and special son; Gleen Reed, six brothers; Dale Kirby, Kelvin Briggs, Douglas Kirby, Edward Kirby, JR of Benton Harbor, Sam Kirby and Duncan (Bridgett) Kirby of Grand Rapids, and four sisters; Hope Lewis, April Campbell of Benton Harbor, and Kimberly Campbell, and Tammy (Roosevelt) Hawkins of Grand Rapids, 11 grandchildren, and 2 great-grandchildren. Funeral service will be held at 12 p.m. on Monday, February 10, 2014 at Refreshing Fountain Outreach at 175 S Euclid Ave, Benton Harbor, MI. Visitation will be one-hour prior from 11 a.m.-12 p.m.
