Cleties Roy Kelley, 78, of Buchanan, passed away on Saturday, November 29, 2014 at Silverbrook Manor in Niles. Roy was born October 4, 1936 to Floyd and Jessie (Archer) Kelley in Marked Tree, AR. He was a U.S Air Force veteran. He is survived by his children, Vicki (Michael) O'Neil, Lea Kelley and Mike (Melissa) Kelley; brothers, Joe and Noah Kelley; sister, Ethel Kelley, many grandchildren and great grandchildren. Roy is preceded in death by his parents, son Troy Kelley and sisters, Glenda and Barbara. Funeral services will be held at 1 pm on Wednesday, December 3, 2014 at Hoven Funeral Home, Buchanan with Rev. Daniel Barz of St. Paul Lutheran Church, Buchanan officiating.
