Bobbie "Bud" M. Scroggins, 83, passed away Sat. Nov. 25, 2017. Surviving family members include his wife of 61 years, Mary (Mossman); sons, Robert and Joseph Scroggins, both of Buchanan; daughters, Melissa (Tom) Walls of Elkhart, Katrina (Brad) Howard of Niles; grandson, Austin Payne of Wyoming, MI; sister, Phyllis Gaul; and brother, Don (Retha) Scroggins both of Buchanan; as well as several nieces and 1 nephew. Bobbie was preceded in death by his parents, Melvin and Jessie Scroggins; and brother, Jerry. Cremation has taken place. Arrangements have been entrusted to Hoven Funeral Home. A private family memorial will take place at a later date.
